What Toronto businesses get from a dynamic code

For condo boards and property managers, QR codes in lobbies and elevators replace paper notices that go out of date. Toronto's skyline is full of residential towers, and each one has recurring needs: amenity booking, move-in rules, maintenance requests, parcel room instructions.

• Elevator notice frames. One code opens the current notice: water shut-off dates, window cleaning, fire alarm testing. Replace the page, not the print.

Printing through a Toronto winter

Cold, snow and road salt are the real test of an outdoor code in Toronto, so put codes behind glass or under cover where you can. A window sticker facing the street stays clean, while a code on a sidewalk sign can get buried or splashed.
