No, on any plan. A code can be scanned as many times as people like, and there are no traffic or scan fees. Bots and link previews in chat apps are left out of your stats, so sharing the link doesn't inflate your numbers. Free shows the last 30 days of stats and Pro shows 365.

Polar issues it, since Polar sells Pro and handles the tax. Open the Plan page and choose Invoices and card to reach the Polar portal. There you can download every invoice and add your company name, VAT number and billing address. Invoices from earlier periods are there too.

Yes. A paused code is still yours and can be resumed with one click, so it keeps its slot among your 3 active codes. To free a slot on the Free plan, delete a code you no longer need. Keep in mind that deleting is permanent: anyone who scans a printed copy sees that the code is no longer active.
